In 1990s, the Philippines watched the Japanese anime series called – Samurai X, the wanderer swordsman, Kenshin Himura.
When the anime became a live-action Rurouni Kenshin action movie, it has the biggest opening than any hollywood films in Philippines. The love for this samurai runs deep among the Filipinos.
Last night, Mann and I watched the Final movie and I was really in my happy place for the entire 2 hours duration of the film.
Thank you Japan for bringing all the characters to Philippines and to Netflix for bringing it to the world.
