Operation Tuli (circumcision) is not a religious rite in Philippines but social norm based on Islamic tradition that exists in Philippines long before Christianity was introduced by the Spaniards.
Something to think about why we are doing this exactly. Seems inhuman looking at it with boys lined up on a table like some pieces of meat.
Thankfully, this is simply NOT done in Germany unless there is a medical reason behind it and recommended by both pediatrician and urologists.
Good to be in Germany. Otherwise, I might be one of those moms who drag their boys on that table to be traumatized for life just to avoid being bullied by other boys who then call themselves as “real man”.
