It was our first time in the playground since the closure. We thought it would be full of children who had been denied the place for so long, but we were wrong. We were alone.
The playground rules is 1 child per piece of equipment and to keep your distance. We don’t have to worry about these rules in a remote village in Germany.
There were lots of trees in the playground and the beautiful flowers caught my attention. These are flowers of a horse chestnut tree. Unfortunately, unlike Castanea Sativa (sweet chestnut), the seeds cannot be eaten.
I haven’t eaten chestnut seeds yet. Have you?
