After a year of postponing it, I finally made an appointment with my dentists for giving my two molars the crown they deserved. And it cost me like 1200€ or about 72,000PHP.
I do not want to land myself in the same situation again and be paying thousands of euros straight out of my pocket so I bought an add-on dental insurance. Considering my dental health history, it would not be the last crowns.
Nothing I can change now considering where I came from. Our dental health then is not the top priority of my parents in the Philippines back in the 80s. This will not be the case though with my kids. I made sure they have a dental routine right from the start and I dragged them to the dentist two times a year if possible. 😁
