Töpfern is Pottering

Girl has always been geared on anything creative related. We try to support as much as we can so when I heard about a place called Töpferstübchen or Pottery Studio, I have to grab the opportunity.

While girl was happily making her bunny mug, the rest of us went for a walk until we met the Elbe.  It is a lovely river that comes from the mountain of Czech Republic before joining its bigger cousin at the North Sea somewhere near Hamburg.

When the girl was done, I had to pay 20€ for it when a mug can cost less than 3€ at Ikea. But how can I put a price tag over something that my own girl labored and enjoyed making with? And Mann being the breadwinner who loves to calculate stuff thankfully knows when to shut up. After all, he has no problem paying 20€ for a fish he caught at a fishing pond when it costs only less than 5€ at Kaufland.  🤣

So finally, the itch has been scratched and girl was happy to say that yes, she finally tried pottery.

P.S. I am still looking for an art studio where girl can learn how to paint or draw. Currently, she dabbles with what she can find in youtube but you cannot compare with having a real teacher now can we?

Greetings,

Karlota
