Hengelhoef is a vacation park near my sister’s place in Belgium. We do not like camping much so we are happy to book a small and very basic cottage for ourselves. Some things to remember though when staying at this vacation park: 1. Bedsheets cost extra and you have to put the bedsheets by yourself….
It is not much of a park anymore. You can see in the pictures that there are not much grass and this makes the place a bit muddy (if its raining) or dusty (if its not). As it is our first time, we do not know which ones are good so we made some mistakes….
Not all trees are created equal. There are early bloomers as well as late bloomers among them too. The last time I went jogging in the park, most of them are still very green. But a few have gone quite bald. I Love the pretty colors of Autumn. Greetings, Karlota
The bergpark Wilhelmshöhe in Kassel was declared as a World Heritage Site by Unesco. It is also the largest European hillside park.
