Year is 2013 and because I now live in Germany, I must register at the city hall.
Registration means I get a letter specifying my TAX Number, a bill for community trash collection which is about 10 Euro per month and a bill for television which cost around 17 Euro per month.
Here is a picture taken in Prenzlau Zentrum (Prenzlau Center). I like the Marienkirche (Marien Church) that has been around for 800 years. We were able to look around and even climbed up to its bell tower and the bridge connecting the two towers for only 2 Euro per person. And I was not charged twice as much because I am a foreigner. In Philippines and maybe in other Asian countries, foreigners have to pay more.
Is that racism for you?
