Pho Bo

Yesterday we were in the city of Leipzig and I had a pho bo at this Vietnamese Restaurant for 10 euro and it was not that good.

Today, we are in our good old dorf and I had a pho bo again and it even comes with a lemon. Much better than what I had yesterday.

Conclusion: being in big city or what I call “civilization” does not always gives a good offer. Sometimes, it is just too chaotic, commercialized, expensive and soulless.

Pho bo is not usually found in the menu. But check out “Reisbandnudelsuppe”. It is a word that most German can understand.
