Bathroom Charge

Not all bathrooms in Europe are created equal. Some charges 1 euro (60 pesos) but still consumable and some are not.

My parents however are so cheap. They will eat a lot of breakfast, skip lunch and hold the call of nature if it cost some euro. And yet they are spending a lot of money for pasalubong (gifts) from chocolates to shoes to give to other people when they return to Philippines.  🤬 Does that make sense to you at all?

They get praises of how nice they are of course and that God will pay them back tenfold for their “goodness”.

What a bloody scam!
