Was craving for dumplings but kids does not know this word so I advertised it as “klößchen”.
And that is how I got them to work for me. 🫣
Not the most beautiful dumplings in the world but made with sticky fingers and love. 🥰

P.S. first time we made a wrapper from scratch and it was pretty easy actually. Just tiring with all the kneading I have to do.
I guess there is some differences between dumplings and wanton but my stomach is not a racist. Klöschen, permeni, dumplings, wanton, or whatever you call it in your place, are all but a mishmash of deliciousness for me.
