Trdelnik is that dessert we love to buy during festival. Boy was asking when he can eat it again so I thought we make one. It cannot possibly be that hard. If they can do it, so can we.
Guided by youtube, we mix, knead, roll and used a toilet paper wrapped in aluminium foil as our mold. And when the kids are bored, they treat it like a plätschen.
The result is that it it is edible for sure. But I think it is better to leave it to the professionals and just buy them next time. 🤭
Have you enjoyed a trdelnik yet? In prague, trdelnik is used as cone and fills it with ice cream.
