København

We are back in civilization at Copenhagen which is just about 2 hours from Fyns Hoved. And civilization comes with a cost. Literally.

We have a hotel this time at the city center so goodbye cleaning and cooking for the next 5 days. Hurray!

Scandic Spectrum was a bit expensive when booking it through Booking.com but if you go directly to the website and become a Scandic Friend member then you get a good deal. The hotel offers underground parking and I would have thought that cost will be minimal for their guests but no. Per hour is 35 Krone and a day is 300. So for 5 days, that is about 200€ for parking alone. Olala!

We have feet so we walk. And for 2 hours we walked and saw some of its tourist spots like Christiansborg, Nyhavn, Amalienborg, Kastellet and Little Mermaid where Denmark’s Amager Bakke, incerator that produces heat and electricity can be seen in the background.

We have a mission to search for a Filipino Restaurant but we only found Manila Street Bbq and Bao at Fisketorvet Copenhagen Mall which is just 16 minutes walk from our hotel and is located in front of Ikea.

My Kusina which is only 700 meters away or 9 minute walk from our hotel is a mobile truck which no longer exists in its last known address. Or maybe it is closed for the summer. Who knows. Anyway, enjoy some of the pictures.

Greetings,

Karlota
