Metz, Cathedral and more

Lakaw-lakaw lang (walking around) in Metz started with Cathedral. How can we not when its the biggest thing we saw as soon as we arrived. Entrance is free and it was as grand inside as outside. But Mann wondered if money, time, effort and resources were to be directed in Science instead, will the humankind be better off than where we are now?

It is a big IF.  As much as we are in awe of the details, it is just that. An old building littered with a few beggars around it.

What is more interesting however is the Museum nearby. The entrance is free as well and it shows the history of how Metz developed over the years.

Walking further near Mossell river, we discovered this very small restaurant called Angkor Wat Bubble tea and ordered khmer dessert just for testing. Mann was not sure about this Haricot Cornille Au Lait de Coco because he said that it looked like a vomit but first time I tried haricot beans in sweet coconut milk and it was so good and very filling. I need to remember to check amazon as soon as we are back if i can order these beans. 🥰

Anyway, enjoy the pictures.

Greetings,

Karlota
