Chikka and Kiwi is now a mama and papa of 4 but 2 died days after birth. And here we are very worried of having hundreds of rabbits in a year but not many survived actually.
It has been 28 days since we got the bunnies and they are supposed to be pregnant for 31 days. This means that Kiwi might not be the papa of the two babies. 🤣
Naughty naughty Chikka!
Baby bunnies breastfeed on their mama once per day for about 1 to 2 minutes. And then they are happily sleeping again. 🥰
We do not have a name for them yet so for now, we call them Hoppel Eins and Hoppel Zwei.
