Espasol anyone? Never made one before because they are readily available in Philippines for some small pesoses so this is my first espasol actually. And probably the last because for something that uses only three ingredients ( glutinuous rice flour, condensed milk and coconut milk), all that toasting and mixing is stealing my time.

Espasol is a sticky and chewy rice dessert. I am not sure if other asian countries has similar version but just in different names.

Anyway, I think I made a lot from 2 cups of glutinous rice flour when there is probably only me who will eat it. So, Espasol anyone????
