All my girl wants for Christmas is books, books and more books. I think no parent would want to say no to that so Mann will set up a bookshelf in her own room while I will slowly fill it up with books over time.
I would imagine that this would be an easy task, just google, click and voila, wait for it to arrive. Until it’s not because she happened to mention the word “special edition”.
What does that word even mean for “Zalpha”? She described it as beautiful hardbound books with sprayed edges on all sides or spredges. Wow! And here I thought that a book would be simply that of papers with alphabets bound together. So I went on a search mission and being in the land of practical people, it is not easy to find it in Germany. They are available mostly in America or England where I have to pay a tax and shipping for a price that equals the book itself. If not more.
So after explaining that I would rather spend the money on something else instead of shipping alone, she concede to stick with whatever is available from Thalia or Bücher. Not that she has a choice. 🤣
Do you care for spredges too?
Greetings,
Karlota
