Wunderflat is a combination of two words: Wunder (miracle/wonder) and flat (apartment). But it is far from being a wonderful apartment. It basically targets foreigners (those that need an official address for lesser drama/paperworks) and since we are not in the area, we paid an exorbitant fee for something truly ugly. It’s either that or our idea of a quality and clean room is completely different from that in Berlin.
A monthly fee of almost 1400€ plus 300€ cleaning free for 25sqm fully furnished apartment means that Mann has to make a quick dash to the store to buy a new pillow, blanket and bedsheets because the bed looks yellowish, greasy and very 1900s. Thankfully it does not look to be infested with bedbugs but still, it does not look hygienic at all.
So nope, Mann is not extending his stay and as soon as the contract is done, never again with Wunderflats.
