Tahong / Miesmuscheln

A kilo in philippines cost only 0,35 euro while its almost 3 euro in Germany. Still mom is wary with Tahong because of red tide that can cause neurotoxic shellfish poisoning.

But there is no red tide in europe or?

Tahong or Muscheln is low in fat and carbohydrate but high in protein. Of course it does not matter when I still and forevermore eat it with rice. 🤣

Lets have Rice and soup for breakfast people, pinoy style.

How?

Saute garlic, onion, ginger and tomato, add some water, then the muscheln, season with salt and pepper and lastly, spinach.
