The view from the top of the citadel in Dinant, Belgium which you can reach by car (free) or by cable car (6 Euro per head) was lovely. We tried cable car because kids love that.
We took the day slow with a cheap lunch of fries and sausage, an hour of walking around and then cones of ice cream.
