Thalia, our official favorite store is having some of their books on sale and I cannot resist. I MUST buy at least one. And that is how I finally got a copy of Little Women in english version for just 6 euro.
Reading about the intro, I learned that this book is actually a children’s book. This means that a hundred years ago, back when there were little or zero distractions like useless roblox and youtube, kids are actually reading better books. Somehow, this annoys me considering the books that are being pushed nowadays are geared more for monetary/capitalistic gain but with questionable content/quality.
And that is how my amazon basket is filled with books like count of monte cristo, frankenstein, around the world in 80 days, king arthur and so on just waiting to be delivered. 😍 Oh yes, because I don’t know about you all people but in our house, it’s a law to read at least 30 minutes per day. 😈
